Ruslanas Baranovas MP

Ruslanas Baranovas is a Member of Parliament within the Seimas, where he represents the Lithuanian Social Democratic Party. He is the Chairperson for Parliamentary Relations with the Republic of China (Taiwan) and Vice Chairperson of European Affairs Committee. He has a doctorate degree in Philosophy from Vilnius and Turin universities.
