Dr. Rasheed Draman

Rasheed is experienced in parliamentary and governance issues, and has worked with over 30 African parliaments. He is the Executive Director of the African Center for Parliamentary Affairs (ACEPA). He holds a PhD in Political Science from Carleton University, and has taught at Carleton and Harvard.
