Dep. Francis Cabrera

Francis Cabrera is an attorney and National Congress member of the Liberty and Refoundation Party (LIBRE) representing the department of Copán, Honduras. He has experience as an authorized notary public and has worked with law firms. He currently serves as Secretary of the National Congress of Honduras.
